We offers flowers and gifts delivery all across Czech Republic and Slovak Republic during the week days and on Saturdays, Sundays and National Feasts. For Sundays, National Feasts and also all Slovak deliveries, please, make your order latest on two last working day before requested date of delivery or contact us via phone number +420 737 248 078 and we will do our best to satisfied your request. Extra cost for Sundays and National Feasts delivery comes to 20 % of the price of bouquet. Delivery during night depends on individual agreement.
We guarantee the day of the delivery chosen by the Customer and we guarantee that we will do our best to keep the time of delivery, which can be a little bit different according to a big distance or bad traffic situation. This is not valid for Mother´s Day (2nd Sunday in May), St. Valentine´s Day (February 14th), International Woman´s Day (March 8th) and one day before Christmas (December 23rd), when we guarantee only day of delivery and deliveries will be realize witin all day, always according to phone agreement with a recipient.
When the bouquets are prepared, we always do our best to make bouquets exactly according to pattern, but sometime they can differ from the pattern available online which depends on assortment of the local florist´s. As for patterns of gift baskets, patterns are illustrative - baskets always will include all describe products, but final design of basket could be different from pattern. As for patterns of the other gifts (wine, teddy bear, vase, chocolate box...), patterns are illustrative and products could be different, but only if type, price and high quality are keeped.
Ordering person is obliged to ensure so that recipient of delivery is in the stated time on the stated address. In default of this, our courier is eligible to leave the delivery on the reception or with colleague, neighbour or some other person who will be on the stated address and order will get status "satisfied order" without possibility of refund.
If the recipient refuses the delivery, or there will be nobody on the stated address to receive the order, we cannot guarantee the delivery and order will get status "satisfied order". If the ordering person provides fictive or incomplete address, or wrong phone number of recipient and the delivery cannot be realized, the order will get status "satisfied order" too. Customer will be informed about this fact and has possibility to make re-delivery in the same day and same city, but is obliged to pay any extra costs which we will have with a re-delivery.
In above mentioned cases, the customer is not allowed to claim, because the ordered service was provided and effort to deliver the order was made.
We reccomend to make your order minimun day before delivery date. If you need to make "Same day delivery", please, contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +420 737 24 80 78). In case of delivery on Sunday or National Feast you have to make your order minimum two last working day before requested date of delivery or after phone call confirmation (+420 737 24 80 78).
After sending the order, the order will be processed and, immediately, the operator will send a confirmation about its reception to customer's e-mail. If necessary, all other information related to the order will be sent to the above-mentioned customer's e-mail address.
It is possible to cancel the order maximum 36 hours prior to the delivery date. The customer can cancel an order via phone +420 737 24 80 78 or by mail email@example.com. In case the customer cancels the order in time, we will return the original payment minus CZK 50,- transaction fee. In case the customer cancels the order in period less than 12 hours prior to the delivery date, we will check preparedness of delivery. If delivery will be prepared for the shipment our company will charge 100% of the payment. If delivery will not be prepared for the shipment we will return the original payment minus CZK 50,- transaction fee.
The Company Krasnekvetiny.cz is entitled to cancel the order if, having made all effort that can be justly requested, due to the unavailability of goods, they are not able to deliver the goods to the recipient within the required date or on the requested place unless they make an agreement with the customer about a substitution. In this case we will refund all payment on customer´s bank account or credit card.
We have to be paid before the time of delivery. The payment can be done as follows: by your credit card - VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, pay cash in to an account, bank transfer, by a postal order, or it is payable in cash in our office. Unpaid order is going to be cancelled. Number of our bank accound can be found in "Contact" section.
It is inevitable that you notify our company about your guarantee claims without delay, latest within 24 hours since the delivery date. The claim has to be sent in a written form and has to contain photo of complainted delivery, reason of complaint and has to be sent by e-mail on address firstname.lastname@example.org.
When the order is delivered, the recipient has to acknowledge the acceptance with a signature and has to be satisfied with the quality of the delivery. Later claim for refund will not be accepted.

- we recommend so that recipient after receiving a bouquet cut off each stem by about one centimeter with oblique cut and put a bouquet in a vase with a fresh wather. We recommend to do it every day
- we guarantee that all information provided by you, especially your and recipient contact information are strictly discreet and will not be further distributed or passed on the third parties
- food basket must be ordered at least two working days before requested delivery date
